5) Eat foods high in antioxidants. It has been shown that persons consuming a high amount of antioxidants have lower instances of acne. Blueberries, strawberries and blackberries are so called “superfoods”. Among the many miraculous properties they are thought to have, being high in antioxidants is one that has been verified.
