Whether you’re a teenager or an adult with acne, you do not have to put with him. Here are 14 ways to get rid of acne.

1. Do not pick, press, rub or otherwise manipulate their grains. Doing so runs the risk of spreading bacteria and increase the chances of healing.

2. Use an over-the-counter products containing benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It helps break the cap of dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil that clogs the pores and form a stain acne. And it reduces the bacteria, too. Start with the lowest concentration, and the way they work.

3. Try nonprescription containing resorcinol or sulfur, which helps to disconnect the oil glands of the skin irritant. However, most dermatologists believe that benzoyl peroxide is the most effective nonprescription ingredient for acne.

4. Do not just treat spot of acne; putting the product in the acne-prone areas, too. This can include your entire face (avoiding the lips and eyes), back and chest.

5. Go easy on his face. The washing removes oils from the skin surface, not within the plugged ducts. In fact, if you’re too aggressive in their quest for cleanliness, you may end up drying or irritate sensitive skin on his face.

6. Wash well once or twice a day, using a mild soap and rub lightly with your fingertips and warm water. If your skin is oily, use a soap with benzoyl peroxide for their drying.

7. Do not use brushes, sponges rough, cleaners with granules or walnut shells, or something similar on the delicate facial skin.

8. Do not use oily products such as hair ointments, heavy oil-based facial moisturizers, cleansers or oily.

9. The use of water-based makeup.

10. Do not get a facial. You may end up doing more harm than good.

11. Do not rest your chin in your hands or constantly touch your face.

12. Protect your skin cancer and wrinkles without aggravating your acne by choosing an oil-free sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.

13. Do not worry about what you eat, unless you notice a correlation between a particular food and leave your skin.

14. Beware of iodine, which can be found in multiple vitamins and iodized salt. Some doctors believe iodine can promote acne.
